Job summary

Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician for the Kingston Resorts property in Myrtle Beach. This full-time, year-round role operates on 2nd shift, including weekends and holidays, and offers benefits such as PTO, health plans, and a company match for retirement.

You will perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC and masonry repairs; inspect guestrooms and public spaces; document repairs; and assist with the preventive maintenance program to keep the resort

Qualifications

1 year+ experience as Maintenance Technician (or equivalent).
Ability to perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC and masonry repairs.
Inspect guestrooms and public spaces for repair needs; document findings.

Responsibilities

Performs repairs in carpentry, plumbing, electric, painting, HVAC and masonry.
Inspect guestrooms, public space, back-of-the-house for areas to repair, touch up or replace.
Repairs or replaces items such as light bulbs, switches, outlets, faucets, toilets, hardware, filters, paint, furniture or caulking.
Assist other department teams in the preventive maintenance program.
Maintain records of repairs and report needs or rooms out of order.
