Job summary

The Hotel Maintenance Laborer position at Jay Peak Inc. supports upkeep, cleanliness, and basic maintenance of resort buildings, grounds, and equipment. This entry-level role reports to the Hotel Maintenance Manager and assists technicians with routine tasks while delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and write simple communications.
• Basic math skills including rates, ratios and percentages.
• Must have Vermont Operator's License.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks.
• Assist with repairs, installations and maintenance projects.
• Clean and organize work areas and tools.
• Assist with snow removal and safety compliance.
