Job summary

Jay Peak Resort in Vermont seeks a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure clean, welcoming guest spaces. You will manage staff schedules, monitor quality, and uphold safety standards across hotel areas.

The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and effective communication within a winter resort setting; a valid Vermont driver's license is preferred and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
• Knowledge of Excel and Word processing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 14-20 employees in Hotel Housekeeping.
• Plan, assign, and direct daily housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor cleanliness and safety standards across guest areas.
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance on room changes and supply needs.
• Provide training and conduct performance coaching.
