Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs of the property, common areas, and guest rooms.
• Inspect and repair facilities and equipment with supervision.
• Use CMMS to create and close work orders with data on labor, downtime, cause, and parts.
• Coordinate with supervisors and safety programs to ensure compliance.
• Assist with on-call, after-hours maintenance and guest issue triage.
