Grand Pacific Resorts is seeking a Maintenance Tech I at San Clemente Inn in San Clemente, CA. This entry-level role focuses on preventive maintenance, basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting tasks with a strong emphasis on safety and guest service.

You will learn and perform repairs with supervision, document work orders in CMMS, and collaborate with the Safety Committee to maintain a hazard-free environment for guests and staff.

Qualificações

• At least one year of maintenance experience in the hospitality industry, building maintenance, or a related trade.
• Electrical knowledge: change out outlets/switches, use a multimeter, troubleshoot circuits.
• Plumbing knowledge: use plunger/closet auger, drain cleaning, install fixtures.
• HVAC knowledge: replace filters, understand sequence of operations, thermostats.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs of the property, common areas, and guest rooms with minimal supervision.
• Operate CMMS and mobile apps to create/close work orders with labor hours, downtime, causes, and parts.
• Communicate with resort guests to triage facilities issues and set service expectations.
• Maintain tools, inventory, and ensure safety compliance per OSHA guidelines.
