Grand Pacific Resorts is seeking a Maintenance Tech I for Wave Crest Resort in Del Mar, CA. This entry-level role supports the Maintenance Supervisor and team to perform routine upkeep, inspections, and repairs across the property, guest areas, and equipment.

You will gain hands‑on experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs, learn CMMS workflows, and help maintain a safe, hazard‑free environment for guests and associates.

Qualifications

• One year of maintenance experience in the hospitality industry, building maintenance, or related trades.
• Basic trade skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work under supervision.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs of the property, guest rooms, and common areas.
• Utilize CMMS and mobile apps to create and close work orders with data on labor, downtime, and parts used.
• Communicate with guests to triage issues and set service expectations.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety programs; follow safe work practices.
