Job summary

Grand Pacific Resorts in San Clemente, CA is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Tech I to perform general maintenance, routine inspections, and basic repairs across the resort facilities.

Under supervision, you will gain hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing and HVAC tasks while following safety procedures and using CMMS to manage work orders. This on-site role requires flexibility and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• At least one year of maintenance experience in hospitality or related trade.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs of the property, common areas, and guest rooms.
• Operate CMMS and document work orders with labor hours, downtime, and parts used.
• Triage facilities issues with guests and maintain safety best practices.
• Keep tools and work areas organized and report hazards.
• Support the resort safety program and stay on call as required.
