Job summary

Sun Outdoors is hiring Resort Maintenance Technicians to perform routine and preventative maintenance across our resort properties. You will handle building repairs, grounds upkeep, and general cleaning to ensure our venues are welcoming and safe for guests and residents.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, basic carpentry, plumbing and janitorial knowledge, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. On-call availability is expected to respond to resort needs, including seasonal conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Experience with general maintenance techniques and repair work.
• Ability to endure seasonal outdoor work and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and perform maintenance or repair duties using hand tools.
• Complete minor repairs to rental units and facilities as needed.
• Inspect irrigation, playgrounds, pools, and grounds for safety and condition.
• Maintain resort streets, common areas, and resort vehicles/equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and assist with on-call resort needs.
