Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians responsible for timeshare guest units and assets at The Ridge Resort in Stateline, NV. You will oversee daily work, plan maintenance, and deliver proactive service while coaching staff to resolve complex issues and uphold safety standards.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of supervisory experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to train and motivate

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of supervisory experience or above.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Level I–III general maintenance duties, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
• Must meet company-required motor vehicle policy standards.
• Demonstrates a sincere dedication to providing an unsurpassed level of ownership and guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrates ability to coach and train employees.
• Demonstrates a professional appearance and pleasant personality.
• Demonstrates a high degree of judgment and making sound decisions.
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and organization.

• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written standard operating procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Must have strong troubleshooting and face-to-face guest communication skills.
• Must be able to follow written instructions and complete documentation associated with unit maintenance.
• Familiar with fire and life safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work assignments, response, and problem resolution; provide technical support to all maintenance personnel.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve concerns as they relate to the upkeep and maintenance of the grounds and resort landscaping.
• Implement and facilitate skills training for assigned teams. Assure all policies and procedures are being followed.
• Assist in controlling department budgetary expenditures.
