Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations in Stateline, NV is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians responsible for the upkeep of timeshare guest units and assets.

You will train staff, supervise response to service requests, and ensure safety and compliance with company standards. The role requires strong troubleshooting, hands-on maintenance, and a dedication to guest satisfaction, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of supervisory experience or above.
• Proficiency in Level I–III general maintenance duties, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
• Must meet company-required motor vehicle policy standards.
• Demonstrates a sincere dedication to providing an unsurpassed level of ownership and guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrates ability to coach and train employees.
• Demonstrates a professional appearance and pleasant personality.
• Demonstrates a high degree of judgement and making sound decisions.
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and organization.

Description

The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of general maintenance technicians to provide service to owners and guests in the maintenance and repair of timeshare guest units and assets. This individual will participate in the training and supervision of their team. This Supervisor will serve as a role model, develop talent, and provide staff support in handling complex situations and ensure the staff’s commitment to meeting service expectations. This supervisor will provide direct supervision of engineering maintenance teams to assure proper response to requests for service, planned maintenance, and preventative maintenance. This individual must be knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures associated with industry and company standards.
