Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians responsible for the upkeep and repair of timeshare guest units and assets at The Ridge Resort, Stateline, NV. You will train staff, model professional conduct, and ensure safety and service standards are met.

The role requires supervising daily maintenance, responding to service requests, and coordinating planned and preventative maintenance while maintaining compliance with company policies

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of supervisory experience or above.
• Proficient in Level I–III general maintenance duties, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
• Must meet company-required motor vehicle policy standards
• Demonstrates a sincere dedication to guest satisfaction
• Demonstrates ability to coach and train employees
• Professional appearance and pleasant personality
• High degree of judgment and sound decision making
• Maintain accuracy and organization

Description

The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of general maintenance technicians to provide service to owners and guests in the maintenance and repair of timeshare guest units and assets. This individual will participate in the training and supervision of their team. This Supervisor will serve as a role model, develop talent, and provide staff support in handling complex situations and ensure the staff’s commitment to meeting service expectations. This supervisor will provide direct supervision of engineering maintenance teams to ensure proper response to requests for service, planned maintenance, and preventative maintenance. This individual must be knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures associated with industry and company standards.
