Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to uphold and safeguard our resort properties in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. You will supervise maintenance staff, perform complex repairs, and ensure safety and quality across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clear driving record.
• Degree in facility management preferred (BSc/BA).
• Supervisory experience in resort maintenance.
• 3–5 years in buildings/facilities maintenance.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• CPO or AFO certification ideal.
• Hazardous material handling training within 6 months of hire.
• 3 years in pool care and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Perform complex repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool systems.
• Schedule routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance.
• Train, mentor, and monitor maintenance personnel.
• Inspect facilities to meet company and regulatory standards.
• Assist in assigning duties and manage work orders.
• Maintain resort buildings, units, and pool areas.
