Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in supervisory-level resort maintenance preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in building and facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resort buildings and units, including carpentry, plumbing, filter maintenance, and light fixture maintenance.
• Safety and supervision of maintenance staff; ensure compliance with company and federal/state guidelines.
• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance; complete work orders and daily projects.
