Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC invites applications for a Maintenance Technician in Gatlinburg, TN. This role focuses on upkeep of the Sales Center and Welcome Center, implementing preventative maintenance and resolving issues to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Responsibilities include painting, plumbing, electrical work, and landscaping, along with reading work orders and using basic tools. We offer competitive pay, PTO/holidays, medical/dental, 401(k), and travel perks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Good driving record.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry.
• Experience in general resort maintenance (landscaping, construction, upkeep).
• Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers and appliances.
• Maintains daily upkeep: painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up.
• Completes maintenance calls and general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Notifies manager of any issues.
• Assists guests when needed.
• Completes all other duties as requested.
