Capital Vacations is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to repair and maintain resort equipment and systems, ensuring safe and efficient operations. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance while supervising staff and coordinating with front desk to prioritize work orders.

The ideal candidate has experience in resort maintenance, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Experience in supervisory-level resort maintenance.
• 1–2 years of building and facilities maintenance experience.
• Hazardous material handling training within six months of hire date.

Responsabilités

• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Schedule and perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance of electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems.
• Maintain and oversee pool, spa, and related facilities.
• Train and mentor staff; ensure quality of work.
