Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Engineer II for South Seas on Captiva Island, Florida. The role involves comprehensive maintenance of resort facilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and pool systems to ensure a safe and welcoming guest experience.

The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience in hospitality with strong troubleshooting and safety awareness. Excellent communication and English fluency are required; flexible shifts and a rewarding

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English required.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance of building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Electrical repairs on appliances, wiring, switches, and motors.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems.
• Repairs to woodwork, doors, windows, and other finishes.
• Maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, and other equipment.
• Routine maintenance and inspections of pools, spas, and related equipment.
• Monitor pool water chemistry and safety standards.
• Maintain records of maintenance tasks and pool inspections.
