Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an experienced Engineer III to join the Engineering team at South Seas on Captiva Island, Florida. This role focuses on advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across resort facilities, guest rooms, and public areas to uphold the highest standards.

The ideal candidate brings extensive knowledge of building systems, hands-on skills, and a commitment to safety and guest service.

Qualifications

• Advanced working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for complex maintenance issues.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of resort facilities and guest accommodations.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building maintenance issues.
• Inspect and repair HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Perform electrical repairs and troubleshoot circuits, switches, and lighting.
• Carry out plumbing repairs including fixtures and water lines.
• Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders.
• Follow safety procedures and coordinate with departments to minimize guest disruption.
