Job summary

South Seas at Captiva Island, operated by Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a dependable Commercial Pool Cleaner to maintain pool cleanliness, water quality, and guest safety with routine cleaning, testing, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections.

This full-time, hourly role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently, with compensation around $20/hour and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Previous experience cleaning commercial pools preferred.
• Knowledge of pool water chemistry and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and scheduled cleaning and maintenance of resort pools and aquatic areas.
• Test water chemistry and balance chemicals to maintain safety and sanitation.
• Inspect and service pumps, filters and circulation systems.
• Maintain accurate records of water tests and maintenance actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and chemical-handling procedures.
• Communicate replenishment needs for supplies and equipment.
