Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Facilities Engineering Manager for South Seas on Captiva Island, FL. You will oversee all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and the building envelope, ensuring energy efficiency and high guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership and a focus on safety and preventative maintenance. The position supports front-of-house operations and collaborates with the Chief Engineer to drive capital projects, staff development, and compliance with company

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct walk-throughs and ensure safe, efficient maintenance of all resort systems.
• Verify completion of routine maintenance across public spaces, meeting rooms, venues and back-of-house areas.
• Supervise maintenance staff, provide coaching, schedule shifts and manage budgets and bids.
• Lead capital projects, and coordinate with HOA/CDD requirements and contractors.
