Grand Traverse Resort seeks a professional shuttle/driver to transport guests and staff to on-property locations such as condos, casino, airport, and employee housing. You will assist guests with luggage, answer questions, and promote resort amenities using 4 Diamond language at all times.

Requirements include a valid Chauffer/CDL with Passenger Endorsement, a clean driving record, and solid customer service skills.

Competenze

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Chauffer/CDL and Passenger Endorsement.
• Driving record clean of alcohol/drug convictions in last 3 years.
• Basic computer skills required; Word and Excel familiarity helpful.
• Customer service experience is beneficial.

Mansioni

• Safely transport guests and employees to designated locations.
• Assist passengers when entering/exiting vehicles as needed.
• Greet guests using 4 Diamond language and presence.
• Assist with and/or store luggage as required.
• Deliver amenities promptly and courteously.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections.
• Coordinate with fleet maintenance on vehicle needs.
• May valet park guest vehicles and handle related tasks.
• May transport laundry/dry cleaning and other duties as assigned.
