Job summary

Grand-Traverse-Resort-and-Spa seeks a professional Chauffeur with a valid CDL and Passenger Endorsement to transport guests and employees around the resort. You will assist with luggage, greet guests on arrival, and help ensure a seamless experience across facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a CDL and Passenger Endorsement.
• Clean driving record within the last 3 years.
• Basic computer skills: Word and Excel.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests and employees to designated locations on property.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage as needed.
• Greet guests at entry using 4 Diamond language and presence.
• Deliver amenities promptly and courteously.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine checks.
