Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement.
• One or more years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to sit and drive for long periods of time.
• Excellent communication skills and familiarity with the hospitality industry.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with all departments, staff, and the public.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests throughout the resort on request.
• Provide exceptional guest service with an outgoing and pleasant demeanor.
• Maintain knowledge of the resort and Lake Geneva area to assist guests.
• Communicate effectively with the Front Office team.
• Work well under pressure and handle tasks efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
