Job summary

Odawa Casino Resort is seeking a Shuttle/Chauffeur Driver to transport guests, executives, and staff in a luxury vehicle, supporting promotions and events. You will operate shuttle vehicles and ensure passenger safety while delivering high-quality service.

Qualified applicants will hold a Michigan Chauffeurs License or CDL with a Passenger Endorsement, maintain a clean driving record, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid Michigan Chauffeurs License or CDL with Passenger Endorsement (P).
• Must have an acceptable driving record and be insurable.
• Must know Michigan DOT regulations.
• Must have a current or ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must have good knowledge of the local area and roads.
• Must be able to perform minor vehicle repairs.
• Must have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently on a team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and Team Members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Drive shuttle buses, mini-buses, vans, cars or lightweight trucks.
• Transport clients to/from promotions and destinations as directed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel, and basic servicing.
• Adhere to safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Keep records of vehicle condition, trips, fuel and passengers.
