Job summary

Westgate Resorts is hiring a full-time Locksmith and Safe Technician for its Smoky Mountain Resort in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The on-site role covers mechanical and electronic locks, safes, keys, access-control systems, and resort security devices.

The position requires at least two years of locksmith experience, a Tennessee driver’s license, and the ability to pass background screening and drug testing. Weekend, holiday, and after-hours availability is expected.

Qualifications

• At least two years of locksmith experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Tennessee driver’s license, work eligibility, and ability to pass background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and service mechanical and electronic locks and safes.
• Program and troubleshoot access-control systems.
• Perform guest lockouts, maintenance, and after-hours service.
