Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, is seeking an HVAC Trades I to support resort operations through preventive maintenance, project work, and component installation.

Ideal candidates hold HVAC certification or license and have at least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience in a resort or commercial setting, with the ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification or license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license to drive company vehicles.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on trades/maintenance experience in a resort or commercial environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Background check, drug test, and work eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Perform engineering projects, guest calls, blitzes, and preventive maintenance.
• Execute daily tasks and HVAC projects while supporting other trades.
• Maintain split systems, PTAC units, condensers, and air handlers.
• Install or replace HVAC components such as condensers and thermostats.
• Read and interpret technical data and O&M manuals.
• Operate resort software and devices (HotSOS).
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards.
• Communicate professionally with guests and team members.
