Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa, adjacent to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in Gatlinburg, TN, seeks a Resort Services Operator. You will answer and route guest calls, use PBX to connect lines, and provide information and wake-up services while upholding guest-centric standards.

Qualifikationen

• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Must be able to lift up to 15lbs.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Background check, drug test, and proof of eligibility to work in the United States are required.

Aufgaben

• Answers, screens, and routes call volume including inbound and internal calls.
• Uses PBX switchboard to connect inbound and internal calls.
• Meet departmental standards for quality assurance, greetings, and call handling protocols.
• Complete daily reports and records as required.
• Supply information to callers and record messages as needed.
• Place wake-up calls and nightly courtesy calls as directed.
• Share information on business changes with coworkers.
• Utilize desktop software to provide service support for call volume.
