Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa in Gatlinburg, TN, is hiring a Locksmith & Safe Technician to maintain and secure mechanical/electronic locking systems across the property. You will install, service, and troubleshoot locks, safes, and access control devices while ensuring guest and staff safety.

The role requires a minimum of two years locksmith experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of locksmith experience required.
• Experience with electronic lock systems, access control systems, and safe maintenance preferred.
• Valid TN driver\'s license to operate company golf cart.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Must pass background screen and drug test; eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Install, repair, replace, and maintain mechanical and electronic locking systems throughout the resort.
• Diagnose and repair lock malfunctions including padlocks, doors, safes, cylinders, and hardware.
• Program and troubleshoot electronic door locks and access control systems using applicable software/Ilco FDU equipment.
• Open, repair, and service safes; rekey locks and manage master key systems.
• Document work performed and close work orders; maintain inventory of locks/keys.
