Job summary

Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa in Gatlinburg, TN, is hiring a Locksmith & Safe Technician to maintain and secure mechanical/electronic locking systems across the property. You will install, service, and troubleshoot locks, safes, and access control devices while ensuring guest and staff safety.

The role requires a minimum of two years locksmith experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of two (2) years of locksmith experience required.
Experience with electronic lock systems, access control systems, and safe maintenance preferred.
Valid TN driver\'s license to operate company golf cart.
Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Must pass background screen and drug test; eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, replace, and maintain mechanical and electronic locking systems throughout the resort.
Diagnose and repair lock malfunctions including padlocks, doors, safes, cylinders, and hardware.
Program and troubleshoot electronic door locks and access control systems using applicable software/Ilco FDU equipment.
Open, repair, and service safes; rekey locks and manage master key systems.
Document work performed and close work orders; maintain inventory of locks/keys.
