• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Management or related discipline.
• Previous management experience within a luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Total Quality Management and CI programs.
• Build organizational commitment to quality.
• Ensure documentation, tracking, and reporting of quality.
• Deploy quality projects from planning through implementation.
• Conduct quality reviews and audits.
• Monitor and communicate quality KPIs.
• Maintain awareness of performance levels and improvements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual quality reports.
• Communicate quality initiatives to management.
• Publish quality communications and recognition materials.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
