Job summary

Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort in Florida is seeking a System Support Technician to keep our computer hardware, software, and network connectivity running smoothly. You will design, configure, install, maintain, and repair systems while providing top-notch on-site support to staff.

You’ll work with teams to install peripherals, manage user accounts, and ensure security policies are followed. The role includes documenting processes and supporting conference spaces and training rooms.

Responsibilities

• Enforce and administer IT policies for users and systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.
• Participate in team meetings to share updates and set priorities.
• Install and maintain hardware and software for staff, conference spaces, and training rooms.
• Deploy software and equipment to ensure staff have needed tools.
• Support network operations by configuring workstations and connectivity.
• Maintain accurate documentation of permissions, licenses, and logs.
