Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is seeking a Systems Analyst I to support our IT department and a rapidly expanding, globally recognized brand. You will configure, support, maintain, and implement applications and hardware based on business needs.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments and external vendors, participate in technical discussions, and help ensure reliable operations for front-of-house systems in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business administration or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting retail, restaurant, or hospitality systems desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware support for front-of-house applications.
• Resolve issues in ticketing system.
• Support new openings with on-site technical and operational support.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of technical/user documentation.
• Configure new and existing applications per specifications.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members.
