Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services IT department seeks a Systems Analyst I to configure, support, maintain, and implement applications and hardware based on business needs. This role collaborates with various teams and external vendors to optimize the technology stack.

Responsibilities include providing hardware support for front-of-house apps, resolving issues in the ticketing system, supporting new openings on-site, and maintaining clear technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business administration OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting retail, restaurant, or hospitality systems.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced and team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware support for front-of-the-house applications.
• Assist with resolving outstanding issues reported in the ticketing system by the business.
• Support new openings with on-site technical and operational support.
• Contribute to the development, updating, and maintenance of clear, comprehensive technical and user documentation.
• Configure new and existing applications in accordance with established specifications.
• Adhere to operational IT processes and procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members as necessary.
