Job summary
One&Only Moonlight Basin in Montana is seeking a Specialist, IT to provide comprehensive technical support to resort users. You will respond to inquiries, troubleshoot hardware, software, network and peripheral issues, and ensure services meet operating standards.
You will maintain records, escalate complex problems, assist with IT infrastructure, and help develop training materials. Flexible, customer-focused, and collaborative, you will support the resort's goal of delivering seamless guest
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year IT Technician experience.
- Hotel/resort experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, peripherals, OS, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain hardware/software and peripherals.
- Monitor daily system performance and reliability.
- Maintain records of IT activities and issues.
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Escalate major hardware, software, network or system issues.
- Prepare IT equipment for new employees and install necessary software.
- Develop user guides and training materials for colleagues.
- Assist IT leadership with administration of network and TV systems.
