Kerzner International, operating One&Only Moonlight Basin in Big Sky, Montana, seeks an IT Specialist to deliver comprehensive end-user support across hardware, software, and networks. You’ll troubleshoot issues, maintain systems, and create user guides while upholding standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
• Experience in hotel or resort environment is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, peripherals, OS, and basic network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and repair hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Monitor and ensure reliable operation of computer systems.
• Document daily IT activities and issues, with clear records.
• Respond to user inquiries and resolve IT issues promptly.
• Escalate complex problems to vendors or support teams.
• Develop user guides and provide training to colleagues.
