Vacatia in Florida is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to partner with resort leadership and support our associates across operations. This role focuses on guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance management and workplace concerns while building meaningful relationships in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will support recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration and payroll updates, maintain accurate employee records, stay compliant with employment laws,

Qualifications

• 24 years of Human Resources experience ideally in hospitality resort operations or a similar service oriented environment.
• Experience with employee relations recruitment onboarding benefits administration and employment laws.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and positive relationships with associates and leadership.
• SHRM CP or PHR certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Be a trusted HR partner for associates and resort leaders across operations.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance management and workplace concerns.
• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Assist with benefits administration, leave management, workers' compensation and payroll updates.
• Build a positive workplace culture through engagement, recognition and development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with employment laws across resorts.
