Job summary

Peregrine TH Management, LLC is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to coordinate housekeeping functions in assigned sections and to step in for the Housekeeping Manager when needed.

The role includes supervising Room Attendants, inspecting daily work, and ensuring VIP rooms are handled per resort standards. It also covers training, Lost and Found, and daily record-keeping, with regular coordination with Front Office and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of progressive experience in a resort or related field preferred.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate housekeeping functions in assigned sections and stand in for Housekeeping Manager when absent.
• Inspect Room Attendant performance daily to ensure standards and productivity.
• Oversee VIP room inspections in the absence of the manager and report availability to Front Office.
• Ensure daily assignments are completed, signed off, and filed with Housekeeping Office.
• Manage Lost and Found according to standards; monitor carts, closets, and landings.
• Maintain communication with Front Office and Engineering via active radio; initiate and follow up on work orders.
• Assist with training of Housekeeping staff and ensure completion of cleaning projects.
• Adhere to resort policies and safety rules and perform other duties as requested.
