Pay is $17/hour with full benefits. You will handle registrations, issue keys, quote room rates, and process transactions while delivering exceptional service to travelers from around the world.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with resort information from check-in to check-out.
• Guide guests through registration, issue keys, and explain resort amenities.

• Balance cash and perform cash-handling duties.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify guest charges and credits.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
• Provide guests with accurate room rate quotes.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
