Sun Communities, Inc. in Casa Grande (Palm Creek Golf and RV Resort) is seeking an RV Ranger (Part Time) to assist with site setup, escort arrivals after hours, and monitor pools for unregistered guests. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and detailed reporting.

You will lead guests to sites, check for departures, report maintenance issues, and perform basic inspections of units and sites. Flexible hours include evenings and events during non-business hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Flexibility to work events during non-business hours.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Strong organizational skills.
• General knowledge of janitorial work, plumbing, and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to provide legible written reports.
• Hard-working and willing to take direction.

Responsibilities

• Leads RVs to sites and assists guests with site setup as needed.
• Checks daily for departures and removes trash from transient sites.
• Checks sites for issues and reports maintenance concerns.
• Inspects units for cleanliness, rust, damage, and other problems prior to sale.
• Completes site measurements and delivers packages to appropriate sites.
• Oversees gate coverage and patrols for unregistered guests.
• Takes safety procedures seriously and follows assigned tasks.
