Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a friendly Bell Attendant to set the tone for exceptional guest experiences at our property. You will assist arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and ensure belongings are handled with care and courtesy.

You'll respond to guest requests promptly, direct guests to hotel staff, and promote hotel facilities and local attractions. The role requires a professional appearance and adherence to standards as part of our service-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all arriving guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Transport luggage to and from guest rooms.
• Secure, tag and store luggage at guest's request.
• Direct guests to appropriate hotel staff for assistance with questions and special requests regarding food, laundry, concierge services, or housekeeping.
• Respond appropriately to guest complaints. Inform supervisor of major problems, complaints, disturbances or dissatisfied guests.
• Promote hotel facilities, outlets, and services to guests and provide information to guests regarding local attractions and activities.
• Treat requests with professionalism, tact, and a courteous manner.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
