Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Bell Attendant to provide outstanding hospitality to guests at our on-site location in Florida. You will assist with luggage, greet guests, and help with directions, taxis, and local information. A strong focus on service and teamwork is required.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and completion of the Wheelchair Safety Training course. 1–3 months of related experience is preferred, along with good English reading/writing skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park.
• One to three months related experience or training is expected.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to read/write English and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Assist hotel guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• greet guests within five feet using their last name and a courteous tone.
• Use correct Towne Park phone etiquette and assist with directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries.
• Provide information about the hotel, meeting rooms, amenities, and area attractions.
• Transport guests and luggage safely to destinations and manage bell storage tagging.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in guest services areas.
• Deliver messages, items, and guest amenities as requested.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner as directed by the Account Manager.
