Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Bell Captain to oversee the bell staff and enhance guest arrivals, check-ins, and departures.

You will assist with luggage handling and deliver courteous, professional service aligned with resort standards across the property. In this role, you greet guests, answer questions about amenities and directions, coordinate transportation, and help maintain a pristine entrance area.

Qualifications

• 1 year front desk / bell supervisory experience in a hospitality/hotel environment.
• 1 year of customer service experience in service or retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with luggage; manage check-in/check-out and room moves.
• Coordinate transportation for owners and guests; maintain lobby and bell areas.
• Train and develop bell staff; create and maintain staff schedules; uphold resort standards.
