Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age
• Must be willing to work outdoors
• Timely and reliable attendance required; flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
• Excellent verbal communication and friendly guest contact
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Focus on guest needs with calm, courteous service
• Knowledge and passion for skiing/snowboarding, marketing, and guest relations

Responsibilities

• Greeting and interacting with guests in and around facilities as well as on the mountain
• Providing guests with directions and assistance
• Gaining extensive resort knowledge and where to find the answer for guests
• Crowd entertainment on high volume days
• Distributing promotional swag to guests
• Representing Blue Mountain at on and off-site promotional activities and events
