Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort in Palmerton, PA is seeking a punctual, detail-oriented retail associate to assist guests across our outlets. You will engage guests with a friendly greeting, suggest products, and ensure a helpful, memorable visit on the mountain.

Responsibilities include restocking, merchandising, and maintaining clean, organized displays while following opening/closing procedures. Team involvement and reliable scheduling are important to success in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be punctual and detail-oriented.
• Available for morning shifts and weekend availability preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests utilizing greeting, sales approach and farewell.
• Assist guests with questions and product recommendations across soft goods, hard goods, apparel and accessories.
• Restock equipment, supplies, and inventory as needed.
• Assist Manager and supervisors with merchandising and maintaining displays.
• Follow opening and closing procedures including cleanliness and dressing rooms.
• Tag and stock newly received items quickly and accurately.
• Attend staff meetings as required.
