Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort in Palmerton, PA is seeking a punctual, guest-focused team member to welcome guests as the first point of contact. You will greet guests, provide directions, and help them enjoy the mountain experience with a smile.

This role emphasizes courteous service in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include assisting guests on site and on the mountain, maintaining resort knowledge for quick answers, and participating in on-slope promotions and events.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age.
• Able to work outdoors and in all weather.
• Availability for holidays and weekends.
• Excellent verbal communication and friendly guest contact.
• Knowledge and passion about skiing, snowboarding, marketing, and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting guests in facilities and on the mountain.
• Providing directions and guest assistance.
• Gaining resort knowledge to answer guest questions.
• Crowd entertainment on high volume days.
• Distributing promotional swag to guests.
• Representing Blue Mountain at on and off-site events and promotions.
