Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort in Palmerton, PA is seeking Seasonal Guest Services Agents for our winter season to provide outstanding guest service and help create memorable experiences. You will be punctual, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, assisting guests with products, tickets and packages.

Applicants should be 18+, available for paid training in mid-November, and able to work a flexible schedule including holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Minimum 16 hours per week preferred.
• Available for paid training sessions mid-November with a December start.
• Flexible on-site schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Friendly, guest-focused and responsive.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Ability to juggle changing tasks and guest needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service helping guests select products and packages.
• Conduct ticket sales and rental transactions.
• Address guest questions and concerns with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
• Perform general clerical duties.
• Maintain cleanliness of workspaces.
