Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort in Palmerton, PA is seeking a personable, detail-oriented leader to assist the housekeeping department by overseeing and aiding the Resort Appearance Attendants in meeting cleanliness and guest service requirements.

The role requires 18+ years of age, ability to work indoors/outdoors, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Previous housekeeping supervisory experience is a plus, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to work inside and outside of the resort on property
• Must understand and follow oral and written instructions in English
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays; reliable attendance
• Previous housekeeping and supervisory experience is a plus
• Desire to be part of a growing housekeeping team

Responsibilities

• Assist the attendants in cleaning and maintaining assigned public areas throughout the resort
• Oversee and assist Resort Appearance Attendants to meet cleanliness and guest service standards
• Report necessary maintenance items and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
• Practice safe working techniques and follow all safety procedures
