Job summary

Capital Vacations in Gatlinburg, Tennessee is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain resort grounds and provide a safe, clean environment for guests and Owners. You will manage landscaping, mowing, irrigation, and basic upkeep to keep the property inviting.

The schedule is 8 AM–4:30 PM with pay at $17/hr. Benefits include PTO, paid holidays, medical/dental coverage, life insurance, and travel perks; a valid driver's license and 1 year groundskeeping experience are preferred.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 1 year groundskeeping experience or related field.
Valid Driver’s license required.
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

Maintain landscaping of the resort.
Keep grounds free of trash and debris; maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and irrigation.
Operate and maintain hand tools; assist with maintenance tasks as needed.
Conduct basic irrigation audits and basic repairs.
Respond to varying duties as assigned; snow removal as needed.
