Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain resort grounds and support general operations. You will help keep outdoor spaces clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and team members in a busy resort setting.

Qualified candidates will demonstrate the ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety. This role includes assisting technicians and custodians and monitoring irrigation systems to ensure peak landscape health.

Responsibilities

• Assist Building Technicians and Custodians as needed.
• Maintain resort grounds daily.
• Pick up and dispose of site trash.
• Keep refuse areas clean and organized.
• Maintain roadways, loading/unloading areas, parking and walkways free of litter.
• Identify maintenance needs and report faults promptly.
• Monitor irrigation and sprinkler systems for efficiency.
• Ensure safety compliance of resort grounds.
• Assist with planting or removal of landscape and general grounds.
