Job summary

Cunningham – White Sands in Longboat Key, FL is seeking a welcoming Front Office team member for year-round, full-time work. You will handle check-ins/outs, room assignments, and guest questions, with 8-hour shifts from 8AM to 4PM and Saturdays required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D.; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Vocational School Degree or Business Certification.

Responsibilities

• Processes guest check-ins and check-outs, assigns rooms, and handles late check-out requests.
• Secures payment, activates/reissues room keys, and verifies guest identity.
• Ensures rates match codes and documents exceptions; communicates with staff for room status.
• Answers guest questions, provides directions, and delivers messages with courtesy.
• Coordinates with Housekeeping to track room readiness and guest concerns.
• Handles banking, payment processing, and all guest payments types.
• Records accidents, maintains confidentiality, and upholds company policies.
• Maintains professional appearance and supports team goals; responds to associate concerns.
