Job summary

Lemonjuice Solutions is seeking a friendly Front Office team member for White Sands in Longboat Key, FL. The role is full-time, hourly, and year-round with a standard 40-hour work week from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Saturdays are required, and a robust benefits package is offered. Responsibilities include guest check-ins/outs, room assignments, payment processing, and coordination with Housekeeping to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination.
• Related experience and/or training may be required.
• Vocational School Degree or Business Certification.

Responsibilities

• Processes guest check-ins and check-outs, assigns rooms, and handles late check-out requests.
• Secures payment and issues room keys; verifies guest identity and reservations.
• Communicates with housekeeping and other staff to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
• Answers calls, provides information, and handles guest requests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Maintains cash drawer and reports, while following company policies and procedures.
