Job summary

Caribe Royale Orlando is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver warm, efficient check-in/check-out for guests. You will handle payments per resort rules, provide information, and answer inquiries by phone or in person, while maintaining guest data confidentiality.

The role requires a hospitality-focused mindset, one year of Front Desk experience, and strong multitasking abilities in a dynamic luxury environment. Opera/Nuvola/Runtriz experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a hotel/front desk.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Experience with PCI-compliant cash handling.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Opera or similar PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests professionally and personally.
• Process payments according to resort requirements.
